could we get an announcement in the mess hall when someone changes rank?

Hi I was wondering if we could get an announcment when we change ranks ie peasant to acolyte in the mess hall?

I'm afraid that currently we have no functionality for e-mailing personal notifications... And probably this is not the info to be included into subscription e-mails :-o
