What is the algorithm needed for problem 60 Sweet Harvest called?

After i tried to solve problem 60 on my own i got stuck and would like to read up about the algorithm needed for that problem however i dont know what it could be called or how to search for similar algorithms
it's all about DP. Many problems among recent which were created by Clive (aka CSFPython) are from the same family.
