Problem 54 - Pythagorean Triples

Can anyone give some suggestion on how to approach this - Problem 54 - Pythagorean Triples? With 10e+7 kind of numbers, its not clear how to start and generate the triples and check quickly & efficiently Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

In the problem description, there is a link to a "Blog on algorithms by Faisal Rahman". Have you looked at the relevant part of that?
I did look at it and somehow missed the meat of the description!! My bad, thank you so much for making me give a hard second look and now it was piece of cake - wish my second look was my first :(
