What this big red button is for? To report abuse? Or to draw administrative attention to something interesting? Or to simply chat with admin when you get bored and there are no else to chat with?
I myself never risked to click that button, but maybe someone tried and can share the experience.

Thanks for sharing your impression - I didn't know it looks dangerous and confusing. Probably its design should be improved somehow... at least we can add some hint...
If I remember correctly, it is really link to the page from where you can send notification to me. Notification will include url of the topic. So this one is most correct:
