actually it is you who should recollect "violations" in order that account could be unblocked
quick lookup shows this solution is identical to several submitted months before.
Now who of us is unjust and illogical? :)

Yes, just don't please ping me too often. You see, this is my hobby-site and I naturally have other things to do usually.

constantly submitting stolen solutions, one of them is matching yours for example (but yours was earlier). I guess
he/she will soon get account wiped again... If you know him/her, tell to stop this silly activity, it's just waste of
time...
UPD: account is reenabled, though it still looks like you forgotten some more problems. Quickly looking it seems that your solutions belong generally to 2-3 different people :)))
be careful, it may happen next time account is simply reset with all problems unsolved and I won't be able to help in such case :(
