I dare say, for 1.5 years of experience your success is impressive. I remember that in my first year and a bit more I just was able to write primitive console games in Pascal, with no regard to coding rules or knowing algorithms - and dabbled a bit with assembly with zero to no success yet :)

Thanks! A good start was from the book "Herbert Schildt, C++ A Beginner's Guide, Second Edition". Then, I was able to practice at the Russian-English forum "cyberforum" to solve various problems (and see the solutions of others). And then, I was advised your site. It is good that most tasks are accompanied by explanations. There is still a lot of interesting things ahead, I hope to cover as much as possible.
