Intel 4004 emulator doesnt work - fixed

Well, you may be quite right :( It is written in Python as I remember and since recent global change on hosting provider's side had broken some things around python interpreters etc - this could be affected too.

Nikita, sorry please for delay - was a bit busy - and the error confused me, despite really it was 5-minutes-fix (coincidence of browser not allowing request to interpreter itself without https - and python interpreter on the hosting really changed place which was not properly addressed in the interpreter's hashbang line).

Should work by now, please have a look at it! And thank for bringing attention to it!

P.S. looking at this meek old interface I wonder that we perhaps may set upon producing newer and brighter version :)
