Zeckendorf Advanced - A possible new problem

This is the third of three problems on the Zeckendorf Theme. Sadly there is still no reference to a village infested by ticks; although this could make an interesting starting point for a future problem!

Dear Clive, thanks once more! The problem is online and I vaguely suspect I may have some idea, need to try...
Once again this feeling of surprize on "how such problems are invented" at all :)
P.S. when I first read suggestion about ticks I immediately come upon some visualisation of ticks jumping from place to place in connection with Zeckendorf representation, but elaborating may spoil the part of idea :)
