Why did my problems status turn into failed?

Hello, sir. I've completed 55 problems, but today all of my problems suddenly changed to 'failed' status. I didn't copy someone else's code. Why did that happen? Can you please help me to fix that? thank you and have a nice day ;)

This obviously is untrue :)

I quickly looked up the latest problem - it is obvious copy from solution 2 years old and reused by about 10 more people.

Sorry, I don't have time to investigate further.

May i know what actually caused all my problems to change status to 'failed' besides my code being similar to someone else's? And can you help me fix it so that my problems I've already completed can be restored? Thank you.

you can resubmit them yourself

just don't submit solutions which are stolen
