Our congratulations to Shoshannah - who joined the site probably in the first year of its existence and brought along some ideas and valuable hints - and finally decided to apply for certificate (though as I remember were eligible for every of previous versions too). Gladly added the paper to her profile!
Normally we certificate requests are preferred in forum but it feels like so long-term colleagues may have more freedom, moreover there was some discussion about representing the name and the picture.
Thanks for being with us for all these years - and good luck with the tasks you once complained about (as I remember it was on problems requiring implementation in queer languages)!
Yay! Took me eight years and 5417 lines of code (yup, I ran a script to count them) to get a certificate.
Thank you for your kind words and for all the knowledge I've gained while using CodeAbbey!
There are many sites with programming exercises, yet your site stands out by often offering a somewhat different perspective or a twist of a well-known exercise, thereby regularly challenging me to think out of the box. Thanks to CodeAbbey I've come in touch with many things that I wouldn't otherwise encounter, like... Brainf*ck!
(Yes, Brainf*ck lives up to its name and is currently doing to my brain what it is supposed to do.:))
