Hello, I just changed my name on the platform but the change is not reflected in the banner where the flag of my country appears, do you know how long that change takes?

I don't remember exactly but suspect the change is immediate, only the banner is sent to browser with some cache-allowing setting. So if you are annoyed by seeng old version of the banner you can try clearing the cache. Anyway it should be something on order of hour, so perhaps it is easier to wait.
