I am Larry Devlin, speech therapist, and former professional classical conductor and pianist. Hobbies include playing the piano, riding my motorcycle long distances (currently waiting for confirmation of Iron Butt Association membership), and, well, solving puzzles with computer programs. :) This is my first of three Code Abbey accounts, each one in a different language. The code in this account is in Python. My other accounts are kawiclojure, written in Clojure, and kawiclang, written in C. I like Common Lisp very much, and considered it instead of Clojure. The LISPs are beautiful. I like writing in CL much better than in Clojure, particularly because basic, everyday use doesn't require digging into Java (which I don't know very well.) But Clojure seems to be better supported in the real world. So I went with that. What can you do? Kawasaki? The beloved Versys-1000 in my garage.
